Our processor charges $0.45 per pound to patty hamburger. The hamburger patties are extremely convenient and reasonable if it is something that you want. We sell half or whole beef by the hanging weight. This is not the exact weight you will put in your freezer due to bone and trim loss. The $3.30 per pound includes all the processing fees except for the previously mentioned option of hamburger patties. Do not be intimidated by this package. It is a stress-free process. We will guide you through the cut sheet, talk to the processor, pick up the meat, and deliver it to your freezer.
