Half a beef is $4.60 per pound, hanging weight. The hanging weight is not the exact weight you put into your freezer due to bone and trim loss. The $4.60 includes all the processing fees except for two options that do carry an additional fee. It is custom processed, and we will walk you through all the options available and ensure that it is cut to your desire.
